I’ve been DJing, Entertaining and Singing 15 + years at Weddings, Private Events, Theatre,…and well, you name it!  If you haven’t, take a moment and learn more about me and my entertainment background.    After all these years, I still very much LOVE what I do in helping so many amazing people celebrate and create memorable Wedding Receptions and Events on the weekend, but it’s what I do weekdays that bring the most needed Sunshine and Smiles, and reminds me just how amazing and yet fragile life is…all at the same time!   I share my passion for music, Singing and DJing by entertaining hundreds of patients and residents at Rehabilitation, Nursing, Assisted Living and Senior Centers all over New Jersey as part of my ongoing mission to bring Fun, Laugher & Smiles to those who need it!

 

“PROJECT SMILE”

Reminding others to smile as loud as they can!

 

My love of music goes back to the early days of Big Band, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole and so many other great vocal classics.  And with an equal passion for Doo Wop, Rock n Roll, Motown, Soul, Disco etc.,
I honestly believe I was born in the wrong Era!   My knowledge and love for singing and playing these genres, as well as everything from the 1970′s all the way through to today’s music, gives me the ability to make any age group get up, get involved and get happy!!   And look out, it’s contagious too!!  :-)

 

“Entertainment Hour with Tara” is a combination of Live Singing of some of the truly great music classics and upbeat
favorites, some fun DJ party songs that will surely please many, and a little bit of humor thrown in along the way… and the fun it creates tends to spread like wildfire!   Be prepared to see tons of smiles, hear lots of laughs, and witness the toe tapping, hand
clapping and even singing-a-long of so many “young souls” as they relive all the incredible life memories that music helps bring back!

“Entertainment Hour” can be customized and centered around Holidays or themes and can include lots of music to compliment throughout the hour!  Or choose just the DJ Party  or  Sing-A-Long options.
The possibilities are endless, some examples include:

HOLIDAY PARTIES:  -Halloween   -St. Patrick’s Day   -Independence Day

THEME PARTIES:  -50’s Sock Hop   -International Day   -Monthly Birthday Party

DJ DANCE PARTY:  An hour of strictly DJ music with dancing & fun interaction

SING-A-LONG:  I spend an hour entertaining by Singing some of the most loved & sing-a-long classics!

 

Smiles & Fun aren’t limited to just Singing & DJing!   Music can be incorporated into everyday activities, making pretty much anything FUN, even Bingo!   TFE’s popular “Music Bingo” throws numbers out the window and puts a fun musical spin on traditional Bingo with great songs!!

***On the Social Committee of your Adult Community?  All this fun entertainment and more, for various
celebrations, is also available for Adult Communities (some of you party harder than I do!!! )  And for all the crazy, fun reasons your Committee finds to have a party (Talent Show, Football Wedding, Luau, Field Day…these are just some great events I’ve been part of), my motto is simple:  “Have Reason, Will Party!”
